At the core of all developments is the need.
New needs are at the edge of old creation breathing life into old creations or extinguishing them all together to more completely fill up the needs. This cycle always continues and THAT IS PROGRESS.
That being said, Earthing /grounding has traditionally (as important as it is) been a rod or a piece of copper in the ground connected to circuit. And from the edge of this type of rod in the ground Earthing/grounding, the need for inpectability of earth/ground connections arrived.
So what is inspectability of Earthing/grounding
To be able to inspect (in what ever way or process) the functioning and readyness of the Earthing/ grounding connection.
